Responsibilities

— Run monthly close on a portfolio of 10–14 clients
— Review work papers from associates before partner sign-off
— Lead the quarterly client review calls
— Contribute to our close-template refinements

Corporate Tax Specialist

Essential

ATT or CTA, UAE CT Diploma, and a minimum of 3 years in UAE corporate tax or transfer-pricing work. FTA portal experience required.

Responsibilities

— Prepare CT returns for 20–30 clients per filing window
— Lead QFZP analyses for free-zone clients
— Draft transfer-pricing local files where required
— Support voluntary disclosures and FTA correspondence

Audit Associate

ACA, ACCA, or equivalent; 2–4 years audit experience; IFRS working knowledge.

Responsibilities

— Lead substantive testing on 15–20 engagements per year
— Draft management letters under partner review
— Assist on DIFC and ADGM specialty engagements

Screening call

30 minutes with the director of the relevant team. Practical, not theatrical.

Technical

A short take-home case (typically 90 minutes) with a followup 30-minute walk-through.

Partner interview

With Zara or Adeel. A career conversation as much as a hiring one.

Decision within five business days of the partner interview. We don't ghost.
