Books you can defend,
in front of any regulator.
ClearBooks is a 6-year-old independent accounting firm in Downtown Dubai. We file VAT, corporate tax, and statutory audits for 167 small and mid-market businesses across the UAE — with the same senior reading your ledger every quarter.
Six services, run by people you'll meet on day one.
Every engagement is partner-led. You'll know the name and face of the person reviewing your books before the first journal is posted.
Industries with a partner who's filed for dozens.
One of these five signs off on every file we deliver.
That's not marketing language. Every statutory audit report, every CT return, every voluntary disclosure carries the signature of a named director who has personally read the file.
Meet the whole team"SMBs don't need a junior associate rotating through their books every six months. They need the same senior reading the same ledger every quarter. That's the whole model."
"Corporate tax didn't break SMBs — ambiguity did. The firms that got hurt are the ones whose accountants said 'wait and see.' We moved early."
"The close doesn't get faster by working longer. It gets faster by catching issues on day three, not day eleven."
"Qualifying income rules are intricate, not impossible. Clients who pay attention save six figures. Clients who don't, lose them."
Our invoice engine reads your post for you —
and catches things a human misses.
Since January 2026, every invoice emailed into ClearBooks is extracted and checked by an AI pipeline before a bookkeeper sees it. Duplicate invoices, VAT arithmetic errors, backdated supplier bills, and amount anomalies are flagged automatically. Clean invoices post straight to the ledger.
Production feature. The AI cannot post an invoice flagged "high" severity; those always go to a human.
