Adeel trained with KPMG in Karachi and transferred to KPMG Lower Gulf in 2015. He spent four years on VAT implementation across retail and logistics groups in the UAE. He was the first person in ClearBooks to file a UAE corporate tax return — a May 2024 filing for a client with a June 2023 year-end. He heads the tax practice and sits on the FTA's SMB advisory group for the 2025 clarifications.
